The Importance of Planning

When a family member exhibits the early symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease, the prospect can be overwhelming, even frightening. It is often said that knowledge is power. When you become familiar with the disease and its progression, you empower yourself to cope effectively with the road ahead. And with the Alzheimer’s Resource Center, you won’t have to go there alone.

Our dementia care specialists can guide you to a better understanding of this disease and help you to plan for the inevitable changes your relative will experience. We will work with you and your family through dementia care coachingTM, so that your family member can stay in the comfort of your home for as long as it is appropriate.

Whether your mother, father or spouse has just been diagnosed with dementia, or you need adult day care, assisted living or skilled care, we offer empathic guidance and support at all stages.
