Dementia Assessment

Shazia Chaudhry

If you are concerned about a family member experiencing memory loss, talk to us. We can coordinate assessment services with a team of dementia specialists at the Alzheimer’s Resource Center, or we’ll help you to find a qualified assessment resource near you.

Alzheimer’s disease progresses through multiple stages and is only one form of dementia. An assessment will give you insights about whether your family member has Alzheimer’s or a related dementia, and can help to determine the stage of their illness. This information can provide you with helpful tool for planning appropriate care and for making decisions about the future.

If you would like to arrange for an assessment of your family member, call us at 860-628-3007 or contact us by e-mail.
