Always alert to offer emotional support and to respond to residents’ needs, staff members provide an environment that is at once stimulating, satisfying and calming. Our caring staff creates a loving environment for residents and their families. Staff members are highly involved and become your extended family as you begin to realize that their commitment is more than a job.

We make an extra effort to create a culture that respects the contributions of every member of our staff. We provide ongoing dementia care training to all medical and direct care staff as well as to housekeeping, dietary, maintenance and administrative staff. By recognizing their important work and supporting them with professional training, we have built a team of dementia-capable staff at every level. We have also achieved what many consider to be the impossible – longevity of our staff and continuity of care for our residents.
